Every Monkey for Himself

By the time he realized what was going on, it was already too late.

Returned to Kathmandu’s monkey temple today with Maggie and witnessed this crime of passion above. I don’t know exactly what’s happening here. I think one monkey is leaping on another one because he was trying to fix the prayer flags, but I can’t say for sure.

I could take photos of monkeys all day. If there were monkeys in offices in the United States, people would feel less grumpy about their jobs. They’d be psyched to go to work each day and hang out with the monkeys. Until of course the monkeys took over. Then it would be gory chaos.
