Overnighting in a Battle Zone

I didn’t see any blood in the streets, just a lot of walls spackled with bulletholes. And tense people moving through the streets. And everything closed. A few folks insisted everything is back to normal now. The fighting’s over, maybe 50 to 200 people dead. But it’s much better now. Any day now they’ll turn the phone lines and internet back on. Presumably.
