Shit-fried Pork and other Chinese Delicacies

I want to believe this is a typo. Even if not, given the choice of the three, and seeing as fish and I just don’t get along, I’d probably still go with the shit-fried bolied pork leg in hot sauce over either the bastard carp or sleeve-fish with soy dean paste.

I may never forgive that carp.
